ACCEPTED MARKET VENDORS

Your vendor spot is reserved once your vendor fee is received. Please note that we continue to do vendor outreach in certain food categories until we have a paid and confirmed vendor.  Please reach out to info@marlboroughfarmersmarket.com if you are committed to attending the markets but require a payment plan. 

• Copy of Liability Insurance
• Waiver of Liability
• Copy of Food Permit from City of Marlborough (Food Vendors only, excludes produce)
• Copy of Liquor Permit from City of Marlborough (breweries, distilleries, wineries only)

The market operates rain or shine. In the event of severe inclement weather the market may be cancelled. All vendors will be notified via email by 7:30am on the day of the market. Vendors will be reimbursed for cancelled markets or may opt to remit their cancelled vendor fee to the Farmers Market fund to support the market.

Vendor cancellations will not be reimbursed. 24 hour notice is required without penalty except under extenuating circumstances. No shows or last minute cancellations may be removed from future markets.

You will receive an email on the Wednesday prior to the market with your booth location. 

Setup is between 7:30AM and 8:30AM on market day. Pull your car up to your booth to unload and then move to the parking garage or adjacent parking lot. All parking is free in downtown Marlborough. All cars must be out of the market area by 8:30AM.

Upon arrival please check in with a member of the market team if you have any questions.

All vendors are responsible for their own booth setup, please make sure to bring all tables, chairs, tents, tent weights, cash boxes, payment devices, hotspots and products to sell. WiFi is not available at the market at this time. Only a few vendor spots have access to power. 

The Marlborough Farmers Market accepts SNAP and offers a SNAP, WIC and Senior Coupon Match Program. All food vendors must participate in these programs. To find out more click HERE.

We will be working hard to promote the market and our vendors. Please help us spread the word by tagging us in your posts, sharing posts we tag you in, updating your website with your market dates and getting the word out to your customers. We will also be sending out a weekly e-newsletter and updating our "This Week" page with photos and links to all market vendors which can be found in the top navigation banner.
