2025 Vendor Information

Saturdays 9am-1pm from June 14th to October 4th 

Weed Street and City Hall Courtyard

Located behind City Hall in downtown Marlborough, MA 

• Full Season | All 17 Markets | $175
• Half Season | Every other week starting on June 14 or June 21 | $115
• Individual Market | $20 

All items must either be grown, produced, created or made by the vendor. Vendors selling fresh, local fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood, bread, dairy products, and specialty food items will be given priority. Please note that there are only a few spots available at each market for artisans and artisans may only apply for a maximum of 2 markets per season.

Applications submitted by March 1st will hear by the first week in March if accepted

Applications submitted after March 1st will hear on a rolling basis within 3 weeks if accepted

Vendors will be notified via email if their application is accepted. 

All vendors must carry appropriate liability insurance . Below are a few options for market vendors that are in need of coverage:

• ACT (artisan craft vendors)
• FLIP (food and liquor vendors)
• Thimble (food vendors and artisan/craft vendors)

All accepted vendors are guaranteed a 10x10 area to setup in; power and WiFi are not guaranteed. If you require any special accommodations please note your requirements in your application.
