• Setting up road barriers 
• Setting up vendor assignment cones
• Setting up Market tents and tables
• Setting up Market signage
• Setting up extension cords and cord covers for musicians
• Assisting Vendors in finding their booth location
• Assisting Vendors with unloading their vehicles
• Assisting Vendors with tent/booth setup

Market Crew: 8:30AM-1:30PM

• Answering vendor and customer questions
• Taking photos/videos of vendor products and market activities for the market social media manager
• Hourly market counts
• Assists with community tent activity
• Checks in with vendors and covers booth as needed
• Verifies Market Token Count at end of the market for all vendors

Breakdown Crew: 1:00PM-2:00PM

• Assists Vendors with breaking down their tent/booth
• Assists Vendors with loading their vehicle
• Breaks down market tents and tables
• Breaks down musician extension cords and covers
• Breaks down road barriers
• Collects vendor assignment cones
• Ensures market area is clear of trash and debris
